This could have been the most healing part of Oshi no Ko this season, and maybe even the whole series. There have been many hints that the two might talk about their old lives and how, in their new bodies, they are still related because they are family.

He was happy to see that she kept the Ai gacha keychain she gave him, which was found on his body. Chapter 122 of Oshi no Ko was sad, but it was also a great comfort to see these characters get along on a deeper level. Ruby’s tangled feelings for Gorou were always doomed, but the fact that they are now siblings makes their new relationship even more tragic.
