According to Dallas police, a man fatally shot a woman before shooting himself late on Saturday night. It happened in Far east Dallas, close to Hunnicut Road and Interstate 30.
Detectives think Felipe Gonzalez-Espino, 27, and Martha Sanchez-Lopez, 36, fought over a house. Police think Gonzalez-Espino shot Sanchez-Lopez during the altercation and then shot himself. Both passed away there.
The police have not yet disclosed the nature of the two’s relationship.

Gonzalez Espino shot Sanchez Lopez to death before turning the gun on himself, according to the police, after the two got into an argument. Police in Dallas, Texas, reported that a murder-suicide that left two persons dead occurred at an office building.
Officers from the Dallas Police Department responded to a report of an active shooter at the office above the building at about 10:45 a.m. local time, according to police. Officers had to use a shotgun to break down the glass front door of the office since it was locked when they got there.
Officers discovered a guy and a deceased female in an office meeting area. The people’s identities have not yet been released.
According to authorities, the male is thought to have shot the female before killing himself. Police believe this was not a domestic violence case and that the female victim was a supervisor murdered by a subordinate.
One cop entered the office with minor injuries. That policeman was sent to a neighborhood hospital for treatment. All the floors of the building were searched by police, who also made sure the other occupants were secure.
The incident did not result in any other injuries.
