Disney+ create a series titled Obi-Wan Kenobi, which is an American television miniseries. Also seemed that it is a sequel to the Star Wars franchise and its lead actor Ewan McGregor plays the main cast in Obi-Wan Kenobi. The plot of the series is written by Hossein Amini and directed by Stephen Daldry.

Today, we are here to know about the release date of Obi-Wan Kenobi season 2. Although it is not confirmed yet, a message comes from its reviews that the audience wants the next part. Producer McGregor also committed that our premiere is next season if the audience wants, otherwise, it is a mini-series.

Critics consensus asked, “This won’t be the Obi-Wan Kenobi some viewers are looking for, but Ewan McGregor’s soulful performance and some refreshing twists make this a satisfying – if circuitous – addition to the Star Wars saga.”
Overall it gets positive reviews, Aggie Han praised its performance of McGregor. Rogue One states that it “has the potential to serve up one of the more complex character studies ever seen in the franchise”.
Deadline Hollywood does not like its first two episodes and states that “nearly all undiluted nostalgia with no wisdom to impart and not much of a story to tell”.

Obi-Wan Kenobi streaming on Diseny+ won many prizes in different criteria. Jan Pascale, Todd Cherniawsky, and Doug Chiang were nominated for Best Achievement in Décor of a Television Movie or Limited Series for the 2021 Set Decorators Society of America Awards.
