The 27-year-old “Game of Thrones” actress sued her ex in September 2023 and requested to secure the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained.
Only two weeks after filing for divorce, Turner demanded the “immediate return” of their two young children to England and said Jonas would not return the children’s passports.
Both parties have now submitted an agreed-upon Consent Order resolving the parenting aspects of their matter to the English Court and are awaiting the English Court’s sealing of that Consent Order. According to a letter, their consent agreement included a parenting plan for their two girls.

When Did Joe Jonas File For Divorce From Sophie Turner?
After four years of marriage, Jonas filed for divorce from Turner on September 5, 2023. The pair announced their intention to amicably dissolve their marriage in September 6, in a joint Instagram message. They wrote the day after Jonas filed for divorce in Miami, Florida:
“After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage, There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”
