Anne Morea Steingieser, Young’s daughter, told on Wednesday that her father passed away on October 8 in Los Angeles. He was 83.

Young’s acting resume boasts appearances in critically acclaimed productions like “Chinatown,” “Once Upon a Time in America,” and “The Sopranos.”
