We are deeply saddened to share with you that Regina Mcafee Jones of Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania passed away on September 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends.
Regina Mcafee Obituary: Final Goodbye to Beautiful Soul
Regina Mcafee Jones was a loving wife, mother, sister, friend, grandmother, teacher, designer, model, dancer, runner, beach-lover, matriarch and fighter. Jeff Jones, Jeanie’s husband and she led a full, exciting and enjoyable life together, constantly surrounded by family and friends.
She was a stunning 65-year-old. She was the proud mother of Kirk Patrick Jones, Amanda Jones Vaughan and Beau McAfee Jones, as well as the second youngest of seven children born to Regina McGinley McAfee and Joseph Patrick “Reds” McAfee Sr.
She is survived by her husband Jeff Jones, as well as her grandchildren Archer Fitzgerald and Penelope Regina Jones, Jeffrey James, Kelly Michael and Leo McAfee Vaughan. Sister of Joseph McAfee Jr., Kathleen McAfee, Eileen Wilson, Michael McAfee and James McAfee as well as Maureen Conley.
She was raised in Philadelphia and went to Bishop McDevitt High School, where she was the volleyball team’s captain, a representative on the student council, and a featured performer in the school’s plays.
Jeanie was both beautiful and nice. She was proud to be Irish. She had a great time with her husband, kids and friends. She loved her family with all her heart.
