Three class action lawsuits brought against search Rodan + Fields, a Multi Level Marketing corporation selling skin care products including search Lash Boost, have resulted in a $38,000,000.00 class action settlement. Lawsuits claim that search Rodan + Fields hid information about the safety of their ingredient Isopropyl Cloprostenate and the potential negative effects of their product search Lash Boost.

Some medical class action litigants claimed to experience a wide range of side effects after using drugs with chemical structures identical to Isopropyl Cloprostenate. The class action lawsuit claimed, among other things, that search Rodan & Fields owes the plaintiffs money for selling them an unapproved medicine, selling them a generic version of the drug, and failing to warn them about serious adverse effects.

Where Can I Start Looking for Proof of Eligibility?
If you are a part of the Settlement Class, you may be eligible for the Settlement. You may qualify as a member if you made a personal, family, or household purchase of Lash Boost from Rodan and Fields between October 1, 2016, and March 11, 2022.
Where Can I Start the Claims Process?
Unless you provide proof of purchase of two or more tubes of Lash Boost, you will only be eligible to receive one Credit Benefit or Cash Benefit, depending on the benefit you chose, if you complete a timely and valid Claim Form. You are eligible to receive one Credit Repeat Purchaser Benefit (if you selected the Credit Benefit) or one Cash Repeat Purchaser Benefit (if you selected the Cash Benefit) upon timely submission of such proof with your Claim Form.
If you buy more than two tubes of Lash Boost, you will only be eligible for one Cash or Credit Repeat Purchaser Benefit. Therefore, you only need to show evidence of purchase for two tubes of Lash Boost with your Claim Form to obtain the credit or cash reimbursement if you purchased more than two tubes of Lash Boost between October 1, 2016, and March 11, 2022.
