A 33-year-old bodybuilder from BALI has perished following an accident during a squat. Tragically, Justyn Vicky, a personal trainer himself, passed away in the gym while doing a back squat. The bodybuilder was reportedly injured while trying a squat of 460 pounds in Sanur, Bali.
He was from East Java, Indonesia can be seen in the video grunting and attempting to stretch his legs while carrying the heavy bar. Justyn Vicky Accident: What Happened to Him?
Justyn Vicky, a popular fitness blogger and bodybuilder, was killed in a tragic gym accident. On July 15, he fractured his neck while weightlifting in a Bali gym.
Vicky was crushed to death by the barbell as he attempted to squat-press 210 kilograms with only one spotter. On Saturday, he was working out at The Paradise Gym in Sanur, Bali, but he couldn’t finish the lift.
Due to his inability to finish the lift, the Indonesian fitness guru “fell forward, cascading the weight bar off his shoulders and snapping his neck and head forward,” as reported by Bali Discovery. Vicky lost his balance and fell to the floor, causing the stacked weights to crash down the back of his neck. The spotter behind him could do nothing.
