Kim has been posting new photos on Instagram and fans have noted that she has lost weight since appearing on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. After attending a baby shower, Kim came back to share some images. In the photos, her tiny waist makes the short pink dress she’s wearing look even more appropriate.
Kim captioned the post: “We took a small road trip to Augusta and we had the finest time. I hope to finally meet this precious bundle of joy soon.”

After seeing the post fans shared their thoughts for the stars during her slim figure. One follower wrote, “Beautiful still but too thin! Hope all is well.” Someone else mentioned, “You look gorgeous but stay healthy and don’t lose too much weight please.”
Others complimented Kim on how trim she was, but not all of them were complimentary. The former Bravo star has been open about her approach to fitness and weight loss. Kim gave an explanation of how she keeps in shape during an August 2021 fan Q&A session via her Instagram Stories.
She wrote in response to a fan who asked her for her workout and diet details:
“I run a few times a week. Haven’t lately though! No pork, no beef, sometimes chicken, pasta, chocolate, veggies and wine.”
The former Don’t Be Tardy singer previously posted a mirror selfie showing off her glμtes and then shared a statement on Instagram about how she looks”.
Along with maintaining her healthy lifestyle, Kim has made known the numerous plastic surgery surgeries she has had in the past. The blonde beauty outlined the several modifications she’s had in an interview on October 2016.
Kim said:
“I painted my lips. Since I was young, I’ve received Botox injections, initially for migraines and now it’s for the apparent reason that I got my boobs done. I had a stomach tuck and corrected my hernia at the same time because they are interchangeable.”
When asked why she had work done on her physique, Kim emphasized that aesthetic improvements are individualized and rely on the individual. She added:
“I just think you should give everything a sh0t since certain things might work for you but not for me.”
When speaking at the time with the magazine, the Florida native described what she believes to be the key to staying slim or what have you is moderation adding that “she is always on the go.”
Kim revealed:
“I typically have a glass of wἰne and eat chocolate every day. I am aware that consuming a candy bar won’t make me gain weight. My mother used to say, If you think it’s going to make you fat, it will in my mind. It is a way of thinking, an attitude and a way of living.”
