Chanel Iman and Davon Godchaux have reached yet another milestone! The New England Patriots defensive tackle, 28, and the pregnant supermodel, 32, confirmed their engagement on 30 May, Tuesday.
The couple’s fresh Instagram photographs revealed the romantic proposal in Capri, Italy, and Iman’s shining new diamond! Godchaux, dressed in a white button-up shirt and black trousers, is down on one knee and beaming up at Iman, who is dressed in a white lace dress with butterfly-inspired details.
Following-up photos show them having a warm embrace and walking hand-in-hand with enormous smiles on their cheeks. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel also appears alone with a bouquet of red flowers.
Several other images in the carousel show Iman’s stunning engagement ring, which has a vast rectangle pendant on a single band.

He wrote,
“I never thought I would be getting down on one knee but LOVE will make you do some amazing things in life! Chanel I love you so much and I wouldn’t have rather spend this moment with no one else by my side!”
He also gushed over his fiancée’s family values, saying he sensed something unique about her from the moment he saw her.
Godchaux ended the sweet message–
“We are in this together and will always be; I love you from the bottom of my heart! My love, My fiancé, My everything! What does not kill us only makes us stronger.”
The soon-to-be-married couple, who made their romance Instagram public in April 2022, announced on May 3 that they are expecting their first child together. Iman then revealed that she is expecting her third daughter. Iman and ex-Sterling Shepard have two kids, Cassie, 3, and Cali, 412.
