The community of LaMoille is in mourning after the unexpected pἀssing of firefighter Brandon Lee Hopps. Following in the footsteps of his father and grandparents, Brandon has spent 10 years working for the LaMoille Fire Department.
He had played a significant role in the department and had been an official for some time, most recently as Treasurer. The department is severely lacking without Brandon and his efforts will be sorely missed. Firefighter Brandon Lee Hopps served the LaMoille neighborhood with dedication.
He continued in the departmental tradition started by his father and grandfather. His work as a firefighter demonstrated his dedication to his community and those who knew him are saddened by his pἀssing.
Brandon was renowned for his generosity, good nature and commitment to his job. He constantly offered assistance and prioritized the needs of others over his own. All who knew him will miss his contributions because he was a cherished member of the community.
Friends, relatives and neighbors have all expressed their love and support in response to the news of his pἀssing. The pἀssing of Brandon had a significant impact on the LaMoille Fire Department. They have expressed their gratitude for the compassion and support they have gotten from the community as they deal with the trἀgedy as a department.
The Bache Chapel will host Brandon Lee Hopps’ visitation on Saturday, May 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The bμrial service will start at 1 pm after the visitation and Brandon will be bμried in the LaMoille Greenfield cemetery. The procession to the cemetery will be led by the fire department.
