In the American cartoon television series South Park, James “Jimmy” Valmer is a made-up character. Trey Parker lends his voice to him. He has a physical impairment that necessitates the use of crutches on his forearms.
Details about Jimmy’s Character from South Park
It is established without equivocation in “Krazy Kripples,” episode 2 of Season 7, that both Jimmy and Timmy were born with their impairments. As a result of his leg impairment, Jimmy relies heavily on his crutches, which serve as replacements for his legs and, on occasion, as improvised (weaponized) extensions of his arms. “Handy-capable” is the term he likes.
Despite his stuttering and his tendency to conclude some phrases with “…very lot,” Jimmy can speak coherently, and his aspirations on multiple different levels of journalism over time also sometimes even make him more articulate than any of the other youngsters.
He wants to be a stand-up comic and performs his routines frequently. Wow, what a tremendous audience! has become his mantra during performances. Jimmy is a regular member of “Craig’s Gang,” which also includes Craig Tucker, Clyde Donovan, and Tolkien Black.
The writers of the show revealed in the Season 5 DVD commentary that Jimmy was originally supposed to be from another town but were eventually relocated to South Park when the character began to appear in more episodes. Despite his impairment, he is shown to be a skilled drummer in the episode “Band in China,” where he plays with Stan Marsh’s death metal band Crimson Dawn.

Although Jimmy’s condition is never identified as cerebral palsy in South Park, he uses crutches, stutters and has had it since birth (Parker and Stone, 2004), all of which properly match the experiences of some people with cerebral palsy.
