Sarah Snook, the star of “Succession” is experiencing a year to remember as one chapter of her life closes and another begins. At the season four premiere of “Succession,” star Sarah Snook announced to the world that she is expecting her first child with husband Dave Lawson.
Snook walked out in public with her baby bulge prominently shown in a figure-hugging black one-piece. She wore her dress with a silvery coverall to add to its glimmer. Snook said, “It’s exciting!”, “I feel great”.
Stars including Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Matthew MacFadyen, Kieran Culkin, and Alan Ruck were there to support Snook as she proudly displayed her baby bulge at the New York premiere on Monday, March 20, 2023.
In 2021, Snook tied the knot with actor and comedian Dave Lawson. After being quarantined together at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple married in a private ceremony in February 2021, the actress revealed the following October. she said in the cover story for Vogue Australia‘s November 2021 issue:
“At the beginning of the pandemic last year, I got locked down in Melbourne with one of my best mates and we fell in love”.
Snook revealed that she and Lawson were friends for a long time before they started dating. She said:
“We’ve been friends since 2014, lived together, traveled together always excited to see each other, but totally platonic. We’ve just never been single at the same time.”
When the two started dating, though, Snook quickly realized that she had found someone special. The actress claimed that she and Lawson would get engaged on Halloween in 2020. She said, “I proposed and we got married in February in my backyard”.
