First look photographs for And Just Like That Season 2 have been released by HBO Max, confirming that John Corbett’s “S*x and the City” character Aidan Shaw will return alongside Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw.
A continuation of “S*x and the City,” which aired on HBO from 1998 to 2004, this new series follows Carrie, Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they deal with the complexities of life and friendship in their 50s. After its initial broadcast in December 2021, it was quickly renewed for a second season in March 2022.
Aidan a furniture designer appears in Season 3 and quickly becomes Carrie’s main romantic interest. He is shown as diametrically opposed to Carrie’s longtime boyfriend Mr. Big (Chris Noth), who passes away in the first episode of “And Just Like That.”
Besides “S*x and the City,” Corbett’s other notable acting credits include “Northern Exposure” (on CBS) as Chris Stephens, “United States of Tara” (on Showtime) as Max Gregson, and “Parenthood” (on NBC) as Seth Holt. His filmography features roles in “S*x and the City 2,” “The Messengers,” “To All the Boys” and both “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” films.
The show’s executive producers are Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky, John Melfi, and Michael Patrick King.
