In the third season finale of Love Is Blind, Cole Barnett admitted that he is seeing a therapist after his fiancee, Zanab Jaffrey, broke off their engagement at the altar. The 27-year-old reality star updated his followers on Instagram on Thursday with a Q&A, detailing his life since filming the Netflix series.

“I’ve been beginning a podcast while also working as a buyer’s agent and property flipper,” he explained. “Oh, and I’m going to start going to counseling.”

“It’s not like there’s a great thing you need to learn, necessarily, there are a lot of things you can learn,” Barnett said. As one man put it, “sometimes as a guy you simply don’t ever talk about emotions and feelings, you never do,” and that’s why “just sitting with someone and talking about those things in and of itself is empowering and liberating.”
