The character played by Natalia Dyer in Stranger Things, Nancy Wheeler, is put through the ringer by virtually every demonic beast that inhabits the underworld, or more accurately, The Upside Down.
She fights the Mindflayer and sentient vines that wrap around your limbs and finally takes on Vecna, the primary and most fearsome antagonist of season 4, with a steely determination to succeed. On the other hand, when ELLE UK met Dyer for a game of Knowing Me, Knowing You, we were able to see a more kind side of the actor.

The 27-year-old actress, who describes herself as humble and an “introvert,” spoke up about a variety of topics, ranging from her first romance as a youngster to the fact that she was an accomplice to co-star Joe Keery’s shameless on-set pranks.
In point of fact, Dyer had quite a lot to say about her co-star Keery, who is 30 years old, and how his likeability has made him a strong favorite among the viewers of Stranger Things, as well as the cast and the writers of the show.
“To tell you the truth, I don’t know if I’ve ever met a nicer person than him. In person, I believe he has a much better sense of humor. The character Steve Harrington, played by Keery, was at one point intended to be eliminated from the show. It is said that Joe was just so easy to get along with that they couldn’t bring themselves to do it, she said.

She made light of the rumor by joking, “Charlie Heaton apparently resembles Harry Styles in appearance; so they say, allegedly.”
Before moving on to discuss how much she enjoys his music, Dyer commented on the former member of One Direction by saying, “I mean sure, he’s a pretty good-looking person, isn’t he?” in reference to Zayn Malik. “I mean yeah, he’s a very good-looking guy, isn’t he?” On the topic of first loves, we went back over her childhood memories and discussed all of the boys she had a crush on, including Orlando Bloom.
When it came to the quiz questions that surprised her the most, she said that the ones about Millie Bobby Brown’s childhood role in Grey’s Anatomy, Mathew Modine’s decision to turn down a role in Top Gun (she said, “I wonder how he feels about that”), and Finn Woldhard’s obsession with frogs were the ones that stood out the most.
