The Senior Editor of BOOM! Studios, Dafna Pleban stated “The first Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles team up resulted in iconic moments such as the reveal of the Green Ranger Shredder, the Ninja Rangers, and the mighty Turtlezord!” adding further “But if you think there’s nothing that could top that, just wait ’til you see what’s up next for both teams as they face familiar faces and unexpected villains in an adventure full of the new shocking twists and turns!”
As of now, there isn’t much information regarding what brings the BOOM! Studios and IDW Publishing together yet again, though with the last series it is clear that no one can predict anything when these two come together.
The official description of the release reads: “MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS/TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES II is a brand new adventure with two of the most iconic teen crime-fighting teams coming together once again to save the world from a rising danger that threatens to bring both teams to the brink!”
When Will Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ii Come Out?
The sequel to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be available in the comic stores in December 2022.
Apart from that, a new creative team will also be introduced in the upcoming sequel of the series. Artist Simona Di Gianfelice will join writer Melissa Flores. Flores revealed “Being able to write Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is a literal dream come true, and I can’t stop pinching myself,” adding further “The coming issues will feature a wild ride that will aim to honor the incredible history of this iconic series, and push the Rangers to their absolute limits.”
