There is no official word on the second season, and speculating on the narrative is difficult due to the absence of any manga series. The filmmakers are free to choose the setting for their movie.

While Sylvasta Pharmaceuticals has developed a way to morph into a super Beastman, the treatment for transforming a human into a humanoid has not been identified.
