In the semi-final of the Mexican Open, Jack Draper couldn’t finish the match because he got sick. This was his chance to win his first ATP Tour title. He had to stop playing against Alex de Minaur.

Even though Draper started losing at first, he tried hard before he got sick. De Minaur played smart and got ahead early by taking advantage of Draper’s sickness.

As Draper got sicker, the way the game was going changed. He had to stop playing when he was losing 3-6, 6-2, 0-4. De Minaur went on to the final. He was worried about Draper’s health. This shows how tough tennis can be and how sports can be surprising.

While Draper recovers, De Minaur gets ready to defend his title against Casper Ruud in San Diego. Katie Boulter also made news for British tennis. This shows how tough situations need resilience in sports.
