The radio broadcaster got a call from her lover Chris during the morning program on February 13, the day she turned 32.
Chris wished her a very happy birthday and said, “I know it’s a special day for you. I can’t wait to see you. I’m so proud of you.” He then went on to say, “I cannot wait for our little bundle of joy.”
Co-hosts Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy had a surprised look on their faces as Chris suddenly referred to having a baby. They asked him once again to confirm if they heard him correctly and then DJ Envy excitedly asked Jess if she was pregnant.
He and Charlamagne both cheered and gave Chris a congrats. Jess smiled to corroborate the news. She responded as follows when the co-hosts questioned her about her pregnancy, “Yes I am three months. So I’m 13 weeks.”
