The preview for episode 12 shows that Ji-Won and Ji-Hyuk’s relationship will face a major obstacle, as Ji-Hyuk’s ex-fiancée, Oh Yoo-Ra, makes a sudden appearance. Yoo-Ra reveals that Ji-Hyuk broke off their engagement after meeting Ji-Won and that she still loves him.
She also warns Ji-Won that she is not going to give up on Ji-Hyuk easily. Ji-Won is shocked and hurt by this revelation, as she feels betrayed and lied to by Ji-Hyuk. She confronts him and asks him why he hid his past from her.
She also wonders if he truly loves her or if he is just using her as a rebound. Ji-Hyuk tries to explain and apologize, but Ji-Won is not ready to listen or forgive him. Meanwhile, Soo-Min and Min-Hwan are having their own troubles, as their marriage is not as happy as they expected.
Soo-Min is unhappy with Min-Hwan’s mother, who is controlling and interfering in their lives. She also feels insecure and jealous of Ji-Won, who seems to have everything she ever wanted.
