Tony Dokoupil is a well-known American television journalist and author who co-anchors CBS Mornings. Tony Dokoupil, who is of Czech heritage was born in Connecticut on December 24, 1980.
At the age of six, Dokoupil and his mother moved back to Maryland, where he enrolled in Severna Park High School. He then went on to study media studies at Columbia University and business at George Washington University, where he graduated top of his class.
In the spring of 2000, he hit over 300 as a great baseball player at George Washington University.
