Making others laugh was his greatest passion in life. He had a unique grin and charisma. He was constantly eager to entertain and brightened every space. Tarver made a special effort to provide joy to others. He had an impeccable work ethic and took great pleasure in “doing projects.”

He enjoyed being outside and going hunting and fishing. He loved to hate the boat and he spent countless hours on it. He was happiest when he was around his family. Tarver looked after and protected his sister Stella well, despite his younger age. Tarver’s laugh, grin and unique personality will always be cherished in our hearts and memories.
