The singer Daddy Yankee and Mireddys González met in high school and have been married since 1995. González wrote in Spanish and attached a throwback picture to a tribute to their 25th wedding anniversary in 2020, “25 years ago I made the best decision of my life with the most beautiful man in the world.”
It was said by the Puerto Rican rapper that González is the true inspiration behind his work. Daddy Yankee wrote a touching Instagram post about his wife in December 2022.
He posted a montage of the couple that included some cute videos from when they were on tour together. In the audio, he talked about all the things he loves about his wife. He captioned the post: “I want to remind the world who was the true inspiration of my career.”
