Jordan Montgomery, better known by his nickname “Gumby,” is a pitcher with the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball in the United States. In 2017, he signed with the New York Yankees and debuted in Major League Baseball. Prior to his professional baseball career, Montgomery was a college baseball star for the South Carolina Gamecocks. Montgomery, who is 6 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 102 kg, bats and throws with his dominant left hand.

Jordan and McKenzie began Dating in 2018
On January 18, 2018, after being introduced by mutual friends, Jordan and McKenzie began dating. Friends of McKenzie’s, including Montgomery’s ex-college baseball buddy and his fiancée, were instrumental in bringing the two together.
With the description “cutest little fam,” McKenzie posted a photo of the two of them along with his pet pooch Tuck to Instagram on November 2, 2018. The first photo Gumby has of his fiancée is from the same month, and it was taken on the beach with the comment “Thankful for these turkeys,” implying that the two of them spent Thanksgiving together.

When Did Jordan Proposed to McKenzie?
On September 7th, 2021, at The Lotus Garden, Jordan Montgomery popped the question to McKenzie. Jordan was dressed formally, while McKenzie wore a lovely sleeveless maroon one-piece swimsuit. He proposed to her soon after placing a diamond ring on her finger.
They announced their engagement and posted pictures to social media. ‘Still speechless that I get to marry my best friend,’ McKenzie captioned the photo. Jordan captioned the photo, “I’m one lucky girl,” with a simple “W!!!!”.

Six months after he proposed, Jordan had his engagement photo shoot at Yankee Stadium before he was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals. McKenzie wore white shorts, and Jordan wore a New York Yankees jersey. In the photos McKenzie posted, the couple can be seen holding hands and kissing passionately.

In December of 2022, Jordan and McKenzie tied the knot. The caption on the images read: “See ya at the Alter.” McKenzie looked lovely in an understated A-line satin dress with a straight neckline and back, while Jordan looked dapper in a black tuxedo.
On their Honeymoon in 2023, Jordan and McKenzie traveled to Bora Bora, where they saw the island’s top attraction and trekked up a nearby hill. There, they also rang in the New Year.

Jordan Montgomery was born to parents Jim and Raury Montgomery on December 27, 1992, in Sumter, South Carolina, United States. His parents are incredibly important to him, and they have always been there for him. They frequently attend his matches in an effort to encourage him and provide moral support.
