Reports said Princess Diana died early on August 31, 1997, when her car crashed in the Pont de l’Alma tunnel in Paris, France. You can see her last image from that night in a tweet provided below:

She was hurt a lot in this accident, which is what caused her death. Dodi Fayed, who was with Diana and Henri Paul who was driving the Mercedes-Benz W140, were both found dead inside the car.

Trevor Rees-Jones, who was Dodi’s bodyguard was badly hurt in the crash, but he was the only person who made it out alive.

How did People React After Princess Diana’s Death?
