Has Nic Kerdiles’ Autopsy Report Been Revealed by Medical Examiners?

Nic Kerdiles was an American professional ice hockey forward and the ex-fiancé television personality Savannah Chrisley. We are deeply saddened to share with you that he passed away.

How did Nic Kerdiles Die?

Nicolas Kerdiles passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023, after a motorbike accident in Nashville. 

He was 29 years old at the time of death. According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, at around 3:30 in the morning, Kerdiles was riding his Indian Motorcycle through a residential neighborhood to the north of the Tennessee capital when he apparently ran through a stop sign.

Police reported that Kerdiles struck the driver’s side but the driver did not appear to be hurt. Kerdiles was transported to a local hospital, where he later passed away. Police don’t anticipate any charges in the crash.

According to the Davidson County Medical Examiner’s Office, his autopsy had been concluded and his remains had been released. His cause of death will be made public after toxicology reports are received which might take 8 to 10 weeks.

After his death, celebrities are paying tribute to him on social media. Chrisley said on social media, “I miss you and I love you” after hearing about Kerdiles’ passing.

The Ducks posted on social media, “We’re heartbroken to hear the news about Nic Kerdiles.”

USA Hockey, the national governing body for the sport posted, “We extend our deepest condolences to Nick’s family, friends & teammates during this difficult time.”

On January 11, 1994, Nicolas Kerdiles was born in Lewisville, Texas. At the age of eight, he switched to playing ice hockey and was a member of the Los Angeles Kings youth affiliate. In 2007, Kerdiles represented the Los Angeles Hockey Club in the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament.

During his time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kerdiles competed in two NCAA Division I hockey seasons for the Wisconsin Badgers. His 11 goals and 22 assists during his rookie season helped the Badgers win the Broadmoor Trophy as the WCHA playoff winner.

He was also chosen as the most valuable player of the 2013 WCHA Men’s Ice Hockey Tournament in recognition of his excellent performance. During his time in college, Kerdiles once more represented his nation on the international scene.

He led Team USA in scoring (7 points in 5 games) at the 2014 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in Sweden. Despite giving his team a lead thanks to his goal against Andrei Vasilevskiy, they were defeated by Team Russia in the quarterfinals.

With the Anaheim Ducks, he briefly played in the National Hockey League (NHL). In the second round (36th overall) of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, the Ducks picked Kerdiles.
