Nashville’s dating culture is no longer of interest to Kristin Cavallari. The 36-year-old former star of The Hills, who has been single since her divorce from Jay Cutler in 2020, recently told Entertainment Tonight that she doesn’t believe in love.
She told the outlet, “I’ve decided I’m done dating in Nashville,” adding that she is “guarantee” her next relationship would not be with a country music star. She continued, “At this point in my life,” I feel like a monk. “Throw anything at me, and I’ll just say, ‘OK.'”
After seven years of marriage and ten together, Cavallari has announced that she and Cutler will divorce in 2020. She stated on Instagram at the time, “We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, the memories made, and the children we are so proud of.” “They’re just two people who have grown apart.”

Cavallari has been linked to country singer Chase Rice, comedian Jeff Dye, and Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron since her split from Cutler, with whom she shares three children (boy Camden, 10, son Jaxon, 8, and daughter Saylor, 7). Cavallari told ET that none of those relationships worked out because her kids have high standards for the guys she dates, with son Camden being the most protective.
“I tell them who I’m talking to or what’s going on, and they have strong opinions about these guys,” she said to the media. Even Cavallari has standards for the men she dates.
According to her comments to the media, “I’ll go out with certain guys and I’ll be like, they’re great, but can I picture them as a stepdad?” And I was all ‘no!’ That’s the main focus of my existence. I’m ready for a steady routine now. I’m in the mood to mingle. Cavallari has talked about her dating situation after her divorce before.
On The Jennifer Hudson Show in April, the Laguna Beach alum said that she had started dating again, but that she wouldn’t talk about it until she found someone “serious.”
“I just have taken the stance that until I’m in a serious, committed relationship, there’s really nothing to report,” she said to the show’s host, Jennifer Hudson. I’m enjoying myself. And I definitely have some interesting dating tales to tell!
Two months later, Cavallari said her dating life wasn’t “a lot going on” since she was putting her kids and friends first. “I’m not overwhelmed,” the reality star stated of her current dating situation. I just don’t care about it at the moment. It’s not the right time in my life for that.
In addition, “I’ve had a lot of fun in the last few years, just really focusing on my friends and getting to hang out with my friends again,” she said. For a time, my entire life consisted of taking care of my three infant children. So, it’s been great to let loose and enjoy life once more.

She hasn’t put much thought into dating, but the possibility hasn’t been completely dismissed. The former Laguna Beach star admitted that she now prefers meeting potential partners in person overusing dating apps or conducting internet searches for potential partners, both of which she had previously admitted to doing.”Anyone can be great on paper, and you gotta have that chemistry,” she said. “I’d rather find someone naturally.” For more details, you can join us on our Twitter account.
