How did Ice Spice and Ben Affleck Promote Dunkin’s Newest Drink?
The two celebrities “Ice Spice and Ben Affleck” participated in an ad to promote Dunkin’s newest drink which aired during Tuesday, September 12, 2023 night’s MTV Video Music Awards. In the advertisement, Affleck and Ice Spice are seated across from one another as they brainstorm names for Dunkin’s upcoming beverage.
Affleck asked:
“We gotta come up with a drink name, but it’s not easy, right? Nowadays with social media, the kids—it’s gotta be authentic. How are people gonna connect you with Dunkin?”
Ice Spice responded:
“I’m a Dunkin’ girl, My fans are the Munchkins. Ice Spice Munchkins Drink?”

And so the “Ice Spice Munchkins Drink” came into being. It is the sole Dunkin’ beverage produced with a product from the Dunkin’ bakery. The Ice Spice Munchkins Drink, which goes on sale starting September 13, combines creamy frozen coffee with Pumpkin Munchkins Donut Hole Treats.

Then whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel are added. The frozen beverage is described as having a texture that is reminiscent of cookies and cream shakes.
With the release of her track “Munch (Feelin’ U),” Ice Spice gained fame last year and the rapper’s horde of new followers began to be known as “Munchkins.” Ice Spice said in a statement:
“I’ve always been a Dunkin’ girl! Collaborating with Dunkin’ and Ben Affleck on this spot was a dream. The drink has a fun twist, a little something in the name for my fans, too. I can’t wait for everyone to try it.”
