Kevin Franke is wed to former YouTube celebrity Ruby Franke. As a result of the success of their channel “8 Passengers,” the couple became well-known together on YouTube. An important member of the Franke family, Kevin Franke is a Brigham Young University assistant civil engineer.

He received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University. Before receiving his Ph.D. from Brigham Young University, he first obtained his master’s degree in the subject from the University of Washington.

He has about 7 years of experience as a qualified geotechnical/earthquake engineering consultant.

Are Ruby and Kevin Getting Divorce?

The absence of Kevin and his family from the media led to the claim that Chad and Shari had broken off their relationship with the family, which fueled the story’s expansion. Ruby and Kevin had been working on the popular YouTube channel Eight Passengers for the past few years with their six kids, Shari, Chad, Abby, Julie, Russell and Eve.

Why was Ruby Franke Arrested?

Ruby, the mother who runs the YouTube channel 8 Passengers was taken into custody on August 20, 2023. She is being held in custody together with another woman on allegations of abusing children.

Years of criticism of Franke’s parenting and reports of a rift in the family have preceded the news. In the wake of his wife’s child abuse arrest, momfluencer Ruby Franke’s husband Kevin Franke is ensuring that their six children remain his top priority.

Randy S. Kester, Kevin’s attorney stated that his client’s urgent focus is simply to keep his children together under his fatherly care. In Ivins, a young child broke out of Hildebrandt’s home via a window and begged a neighbour for food and drink.

The infant was covered in duct tape around their ankles and wrists when the Good Samaritan discovered them and phoned the police because they appeared to be emaciated and malnourished. The youngster was taken to Saint George Regional Hospital by responding cops after they determined that the child’s condition was severe.

The toddler was put on a medical hold, per the police, due to deep lacerations from being tied up with rope. Soon later, another supposedly emaciated child was found and sent to the hospital.

Ruby, who will be detained in the Washington County jail without bail chose to remain silent and instead asked for legal representation. There are still four Franke children in the Department of Child and Family Services’ custody.

The offender risks up to 15 years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000 if the injury was done on purpose. Shari, Ruby’s estranged daughter claimed they had been trying to tell the police and CPS about this for years and that she and her family were so glad that justice was being served after Ruby was arrested.
