Heard said the actor began obsessing about something untrue and threw a cell phone at her, causing a bruise to her face. She said:
“Johnny ripped the cell phone from my hand and began screaming profanities and insults at my friend, I heard my friend yell at me to get out of the house. Johnny then grabbed the cellphone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cellphone at me, striking my cheek and eye with great force.”
Heard said that Depp assaulted her on her birthday after the two argued about him skipping her party. Finally, a $7 million settlement was reached in the divorce between Depp and Heard.
