On June 1, 2023, Kadokawa released the second trailer for the fifth season of Bungo Stray Dogs. It also included information about the following season’s anthems and their performers.

The Five Deadly Omens had previously set up the Armed Detective Agency as terrorists in Season 1. The government then dispatched its elite task team, codenamed “The Bloodhounds,” to track down the operatives. But just when it looked like the agency would have to give up, Bloodhound Tachihara decided to lend a hand.

On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 11 p.m. JST, the fifth season of Bungo Stray Dogs will premiere. On July 12, it will debut on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and TV Aichi, and on July 13, it will run on BS11 and KBS Kyoto. The anime will also be available to watch online via d Anime Store and Crunchyroll.

Season 5 of Bungo Stray Dogs will adapt the Kamui Revelation storyline. Chi Fukuchi, head of the Bloodhounds, will address the gathering. Artists and Music from the New Opening and Closing Themes are Unveiled

GRANRODEO will be performing the opening theme tune, Kurogane no Ori (Iron Cell). The group has performed opening themes for the first and third seasons of the anime, as well as for the film Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple.

Kiseki (Trails) by Luck Life will serve as the closing theme. All four seasons of the anime have ended with songs by the band, and the movie has one of the songs as its theme.
