Massive revelations have been made recently in One Piece and one of the most recent chapters of the story “One Piece chapter 1086” finally gave fans the names of the Five Elders. The Five Elders were first introduced to readers in the novel about 20 years ago, but their exact identities have been kept a secret ever since.
This is probably because at the beginning of the story, they weren’t supposed to be the main characters. Oda has previously stated that the Gorosei would finally demonstrate to the fans what they are truly capable of doing in the Final Saga.
The names of all the Gorosei, along with their titles and positions within the World Government were then made public to fans for the first time in One Piece chapter 1086. Saint Marcus Mars, one of the Gorosei is one of the most intriguing characters.
Saint Marcus- Celestial Dragon And Also One of The World’s God
Being a Celestial Dragon, St. Marcus Mars is one of the world’s Gods. He is not just any God, either. However, he is one of the Celestial Dragons’ highest-ranking members making him a God of the highest level as well.
The Gorosei with a thick beard and a large mustache is St. Marcus Mars. He seems to be the oldest Gorosei among all of them, albeit that is currently just conjecture. The Marcus Family is where Saint Marcus Mars is from.
Therefore, the Marcus Family was one of the 20 families that ultimately led to the establishment of the World Government. At some point, Saint Marcus Mars or his ancestors engaged in combat with the Ancient Kingdom and prevailed.
Given that there are 19 swords positioned in front of the Empty Throne, it is very likely that Saint Marcus Mars or one of his descendants ended up swearing the vow of equality there. But eventually, Saint Marcus Mars along with the rest of the Five Elders made the decision to swear allegiance to Imu of the Nerona Family.

Saint Marcus Ranked as Second Most Powerful Person
The Gorosei were made the sovereign of the globe and Imu’s personal guardians. The Five Elders are the highest-ranking Celestial Dragons making them the highest-known authority in the planet’s Government to the rest of the planet.
However, Imu is the rightful occupant of this office. The four other Elders that Oda mentioned, notably Saint Topman Warcury, Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, Saint Shepherd Ju Peter, and Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, all agree that Saint Marcus Mars is the second most powerful person in the universe after Imu.
Given his position within the World Government, Saint Marcus Mars has the authority to judge anyone who is under him. He is also free to treat the inhabitants of the Blue Sea in whatever he pleases because he is the highest-ranking Celestial Dragon.

Exploring Saint Marcus Mars, the Combatant Celestial Dragon
Like the other Five Elders, Saint Marcus Mars has a very unique title that he wears. Fans now have a clearer understanding of the roles they play within the Government after being introduced to each of their titles in “One Piece chapter 1086”.
In a similar vein, Saint Marcus Mars is the Environmental Warrior God. Fans can make assumptions about what this title implies even though it isn’t entirely obvious what it means to them right now. The Warrior God component of the title pretty much speaks for itself.
Saint Marcus Mars is a Celestial Dragon and a Warrior God which indicates that he is also a combatant. He is a very skilled fighter and most likely took part in the conflict during the Void Century.
Fans have yet to witness his fighting skills, although it has recently been established that the other Five Elders are also capable fighters. Saint Marcus Mars may possess skills that are connected to the environment because he is the Warrior God of the Environment.
Unveiling the Mythical Power: Saint Marcus Mars and his Environmental Zoan Devil Fruit
Fans already know that Saint Marcus Mars owns a Devil Fruit when it comes to his power. His Devil Fruit power allows him to turn into creatures that aid him in controlling or otherwise utilizing the environment around them.
