Lysa TerKeurst is a Christian speaker and author who was born in the United States on July 21, 1969. She has published over a dozen books, including the number one Forgiving What You Can’t Forget and Uninvited: Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left Out, and Lonely. She leads the organization by the name of Proverbs 31. There have been many feelings she has been going through recently after her divorce from her husband, Art TerKeurst.

Lysa TerKeurst, Christian author and founder of Proverbs 31 Ministries, recently reflected on her life about a year after her husband’s infidelity led to the dissolution of her marriage.
She posted on Instagram:
After two years, I feel fine. Superior in every way. How far I’ve gone, and how genuine my laughing has become, has amazed me. She finally concluded-
“My life is different in appearance, but it is full and wonderful, and I am more appreciative than I have ever been.”
TerKeurst and her husband almost split up in 2017 because of his adultery and substance abuse problems, but they ultimately decided to stay together and even reaffirmed their wedding vows the following year.
