Who is Amy Schumer’s Life Partner?
Amy Schumer is married to Chris Fischer. He is a chef who grew up on Martha’s Vineyard and has managed his family’s Beetlebung Farm as well as the Beach Plum Inn and Restaurant in Menemsha, Massachusetts. He said:
“I spent a lot of time on the farm growing up because my mother was working here . But I took over running operations from my aunt, Marie, when she retired in 2010 after 35 years. I got into farming partly because I returned from New York City broke and I realized that it only made sense to start using what I was growing.”
He continued:
“I consider the big picture now that our farm has developed and flourished and we have the support of our neighborhood. Farmers are better able to provide the best food when you donate more money to them directly. Everyone benefits from it.”
With recipes from his family farm, Fischer wrote the James Beard Award-winning Beetlebung Farm Cookbook: “A Year of Cooking on Martha’s Vineyard.”

The Life and Beth actress said her husband is the “best partner ever” on an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show and claimed she believes his diagnosis was similar to “getting a superpower.”
She jokingly remarked to the show’s host Ellen DeGeneres:
“All of his behaviour is kind of justified now. If someone is presenting a long, boring narrative, he will just walk away. He’ll simply leave, leaving me alone in the situation.”

When did Met Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer Tied in a Knot of Marriage?
Schumer said, she met Fischer through her personal assistant Molly. Molly proposed that Fischer make dinner for them at Schumer’s vacation home when they were visiting Martha’s Vineyard. The two then became more intimate when organizing a birthday celebration for Schumer’s close friend, comedian Rachel Feinstein.
On February 13, 2018, Schumer and Fischer exchanged vows in Malibu, California. The couple only had three or four days to prepare for their wedding and they entered the church to the tune of “Rainbow Connection” from The Muppet Movie.
Gene Attell Fischer, the couple’s first child was born on May 5, 2019. Laughterist Dave Attell, a close friend of Schumer’s, was honored with a middle name for the baby boy. But Schumer and Fischer just admitted that they altered Gene’s middle name to David for an extremely funny and appropriate reason.
She said:
“Do you people know that our baby’s name Gene has been changed officially? Gene David Fischer is now in charge. We later found that we had accidentally given our son the name Gene Attell Fischer. When combined with “Fischer” it produced the phrase “genital fissure.”
Because it is both Attell’s first name and her father’s middle name, she claimed that she and Fischer decided to give their son the middle name David.
