Comedian Matt Rife who grew up in central Ohio will be making a stop in Columbus this fall and there are now more opportunities to see him perform than ever before.

On October 11 at 7 p.m., as previously announced, he will perform at the Palace Theatre as part of the ProbleMATTic World Tour. On October 12 at 7 and 10 p.m., as well as that night, he will perform.

There are no pairs available for the October 11 performance at 7 p.m. Tickets went on sale for a discounted price (with the promo code MATTIX) at mattrifeofficial.com on Tuesday morning, but the site has been experiencing intermittent downtime since then.

If you’re a fan in Columbus, you can get tickets at cbusarts.com, but you might have to wait; as of Tuesday (6 June) afternoon, there were thousands of other concertgoers waiting in line and the wait time was over an hour. In addition, customers only had 10 minutes to purchase tickets.

There is a maximum of four tickets per family due to high demand. After the distribution of the pre-sale code, Rife tweeted on June 5 that the website might be offline.

CBUS Arts state that the show is appropriate for those aged 18 and up. Ohio native Rife took the stage for the first time at the tender age of 15. Two years later he uprooted his life and headed to Los Angeles to launch a movie acting career.

Rife was the youngest cast member in the history of “Wild ‘N Out” on MTV, a show on which he made his broadcast debut and remained for four seasons. The Troll Show, North of 10, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Fresh Off the Boat all featured him.

“Only Fans,” his debut comedy special, was shot and released independently to YouTube. After his grandfather pἀssed away in April, he posted “Matthew Steven Rife” on YouTube as a tribute to him. This fall, Rife will travel to the nation’s capital to record his third stand-up special.
