It’s cool, but it’s also versatile enough that fans have built an entire subculture around making and trading custom characters modeled after themselves and their favorite fictional heroes and villains.
The goal of the subreddit r/SF6Avatars is to showcase user-created Street Fighter 6 characters and facilitate their distribution via download links. Even though the full release of the game has only been for a day, the character creator has been accessible ever since the game’s demo in April.

Pop sensations Taylor Swift and Ice Spice (shown above) are just two examples of the many famous persons that have inspired a vibrant community of people to create their own likenesses. Some people are using it to make realistic portraits, while others are making Geralt of Rivera and Kratos from God of War for the purpose of testing them out in the next Capcom fighter.

While the quality may vary, some of the replications are remarkably accurate. Particularly spot-on is Apolloastral’s rendition of Taylor Swift. She looks like she has some unfinished business in the ring. It will be difficult to recover from her lethal combos.
