The Kansas City Chief Lamar’s wife, Norma Hunt pἀssed away at the age of 85. Just four months after she witnessed the team win its third Lombardi Trophy at Super Bowl LVII, the Chiefs announced her pἀssing.
The Chiefs issued the following statement on their website:
“Our family is very devastated by the demise of our mother, Norma. She was an outstanding woman who will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her. She was a fantastic mother.”
Mom was one of a kind; she was compassionate, giving, and always upbeat. Her enthusiasm for life and joy was contagious. She had a heart for helping people and was always upbeat.

She was a devoted friend, the ideal hostess, and she possessed a unique talent for making everyone she came into contact with feel important and at ease. The cause of Norma’s pἀssing has not been disclosed.
Following the revelation, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell also issued a statement.
The message said:
“Norma Hunt’s loss, who was a key presence in the NFL for the last seven decades, has deeply devastated the whole NFL family.”
“I had the good fortune to spend over 40 years getting to know Norma, and I was always impressed by her warmth and grace, her friendship with Lamar, and her pride in their family.Norma’s love for the Chiefs organization extended to the organization as a whole.”
“Norma was one of the most ardent supporters of the Chiefs and the NFL; she was knowledgeable about and delighted in every facet of the game. She described the team’s members as “real-life superheroes” and enjoyed being around them.”

Norma was the only lady to see every Super Bowl ever played, including the two recent victories by the Chiefs. Norma first met Lamar in 1964 while working as a hostess and teacher for the Chiefs’ forerunners, the Dallas Texans.
Later that year Clarks and Daniel were married and had two kids.
