Did Baez Have a Baby on ‘Blue Bloods’?
The baby has grown up a lot! Episode 20 was the first time Baez’s baby showed up after a long break, during which many of us had forgotten that Baez had a baby. Baez joined Blue Bloods for the first time in Season 3.
Since then, she’s mostly been focused on her work. But in “Silver Linings,” the last episode of Season 12, Baez decides to adopt a newborn girl. Arturo Muoz kἰlled the baby’s mother so that she couldn’t testify against him. This is how the baby ended up in the care of Baez.

Who is the father of Baez’s baby?
We haven’t seen anyone like him on the show. Since Baez adopted Elena, none of the men Baez dates are Elena’s real fathers. Even so, we still can’t stop wondering who Elena’s real father is. After Baez’s enemy, Sam Evans put Elena’s life in danger, it’s clear that Baez is worried about the safety of her family.
Evans’ release from jail makes it harder for her to raise her new daughter in peace, which was all she wanted. Evans is back in jail, which is good news, but that doesn’t make Elena’s job as a single parent any easier. For now, we don’t know who Elena’s father is, but he could show up in later seasons and try to get her back. For now, let’s just keep our hopes crossed that Baez and Elena will be safe.
