McLeod Buckham-White, a resident of Atlanta, Georgia, and a student of both finance and psychology took his own life on Thursday, March 30, 2023. The unfortunate incident took place at 411 West 116th Street, at the Wien Residential Hall.

The dea†h of McLeod Buckham-White, a student and former member of the football team, was announced in an email to the Columbia community on Friday from Columbia College Dean Josef Sorett and School of Engineering and Applied Science Dean Shih-Fu Chang. McLeod Buckham White fell from the student dormitory and d!ed.
Columbia Football shared the news of his loss and expressed their sorrow and sympathy on social media.
