Andrew Tate Released From Jail and Now Under House Arrest With His Brother

A controversial social media influencer alleged as a s*x trafficker and his brother won an appeal over their detention and are now released from jail and put under house arrest. 

After this hearing, the Bucharest Court of Appeal challenged the judge’s decision and denied the fourth time his release in the last 30 days.

But they are not completely free, as the investigation of the s*x trafficking case against Andrew and Tristan Tate officially said. For several years Tate was known for his misogynistic as he was detained with his brother for misbehaving with Romanian women in December 2022.

On Friday, 31 March 2023, they won an appeal and now will stay under his house arrest till 29 April, as Romona Bolla,  a spokesperson for Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, Diicot.

None of the four get charged, and all were released. Diict said in December that, six victims in this human trafficking case were claimed with “acts of physical violence and mental coercion.”

He claimed that Romanian chargers had no solid proof and the case was only a political conspiracy so that they can quit him. Although a former professional kickboxer living in Romania since 2017, already been banned from several social media platforms because of his misogynistic thinking.

He, his brother Tristian, and four other members were accused to monitor s*x trafficking. Two Romnian women named Naghel Georgiana Manuela and Radu Alexandra Luana were arrested. 

Before Tate was banned from Instagram he generated 4.6 million followers. Tristian told, “the judges today made the right decision.” “I respect what they’ve done for me and they will be vindicated in their decision because I’m an innocent man and I can’t wait to prove it,” he said.
