Who is Bruce Willis Married to?
Bruce Willis met his second wife Emma Heming in 2007. Then, in January 2008, Heming accompanied Willis to the Sundance Film Festival premiere of his film “What Just Happened?” Heming Willis told People about their first meeting:
“When we first met, I was surprised at how charming and how funny he was and extremely handsome, I was already in love with her.”
In 2009, he tied the knot with Emma in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The Golden Globe winner and his wife had their first child, a daughter they named Mabel, three years after they tied the knot. In May 2014, they had a second daughter, Evelyn.
Emma is the mother of three stepdaughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
The model gushed on her blog:
“The realization that motherhood is really the greatest gift came quickly, Those little girls are my source of inspiration, which leads me to this blog and exciting projects in the pipeline.”
She continued:
“Becoming a mom is the most beautiful, exhausting, exhilarating and puffy experience we’ll ever know. In all of that, it’s hard to make time to be anything else, I made CocoBaba so every mom can feel mothered.”
Emma Heming was born in 1978. She spent some time in London after her parents split up so that she could be near her mother’s family there. They eventually settled in California, where she completed her education.
Emma’s mother signed her up for a modeling contest and after she won, she was soon strutting down the runways of New York, Paris and Milan for some of the industry’s most acclaimed fashion houses. They were married from 1987 till 2000.
Emma’s three stepdaughters and Demi are her closest family members. When Bruce was diagnosed with FTD, they have been supporting each other.
Back in March of 2022, the actor’s loved ones broke the news that the Moonlighting star was coping with aphasia. Time passed and they learned more about his disease and the potential outcomes it could have for him.
The family said in a February 2023 statement:
“Today there are no treatments for the disease, a reality that we hope can change in the years ahead, As Bruce’s condition advances, we hope that any media attention can be focused on shining a light on this disease that needs far more awareness and research.”
