The tenth season of ABC’s long-running comedy The Goldbergs will be it’s last. The comedy series set in the 1980s will end with season 10. The departure of Jeff Garlin as patriarch Murray Goldberg and the late George Segal who played Pops from the show in recent seasons may not be a major surprise.
Over the course of its ten-year run, the half-hour series from Adam F. Goldberg has given viewers more than 200 new episodes. All of this revolves around the core cast of the show which includes Wendi McLendon-Covey as matriarch Beverly, Sean Giambrone as Adam, Troy Gentile as Barry, Hayley Orrantia as Erica and Sam Lerner as Erica’s husband Geoff Schwartz.

There is no more season of The Goldbergs. The Goldbergs Season 10 is the last season to watch. With the conclusion of its current season, the longest-running scripted comedy on the network will end.
The tenth season of the longest-running comedy series on the network will be its final one. The series will conclude with the season finale on May 3. McLendon-Covey, the show’s star and executive producer said in a statement:
It’s been an honor to be a part of The Goldbergs for the last decade. I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished with the show, and I feel so fortunate to have had such a fulfilling experience. I’ll miss everyone on the crew and my TV family.
President of ABC Entertainment Craig Erwich added:
The ten years we spent with ‘The Goldbergs’ are something we are extremely proud of. This is a fantastic group and we’re grateful for all the smiles and laughs they’ve brought to people’s lives during this time. In the coming weeks, we hope to celebrate their final chapter with the fans.

According to Deadline, ABC renewed their contracts with McLendon-Covey, the show’s star and executive producer, as well as Giambrone, Gentile and Orrantia in order to give the show a fitting sendoff in the wake of Garlin and Segal’s absences for one final season.
