The first time Justin and Hailey Bieber ever met was at a Today show event in November of 2009. The first time when they met was backstage during a Today show performance by the “Baby” singer more than a decade ago.
At the urging of her father, actor Stephen Baldwin who is friends with Justin’s mom, Pattie Mallette, Hailey, then 12 years old, tentatively shook hands with the pop sensation. When they first met, neither one of them could have imagined the love story that would develop between them over the years.
When did Justin Bieber get Married?
Over a romantic supper at a small restaurant while on vacation in the Bahamas, the musician surprised fans by proposing to Hailey. On July 10, 2018, Justin Bieber announced on Instagram he was engaged to Hailey Baldwin. As soon as the couple announced their engagement, Justin took to Instagram to tell his future wife: “What a beautiful person you are, Hailey”.
The civil wedding of Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber took place in New York City on September 13, 2018. Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin will renew their wedding vows in South Carolina on September 30, 2019, marking one year of marriage for the couple.
After a year of marriage, Hailey and her husband celebrated with a larger ceremony at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina where they were joined by more than 150 relatives and friends.

Recently, the couple and their friends Justine Skye and Fai Khadra went to Hawaii to celebrate Kelia Moniz’s 30th birthday. One of Hailey’s best pals is a professional surfer. All of Justin and the RI founder’s time in Honolulu was chronicled on the photo-sharing app Instagram.
