After a year and a half of waiting, Outer Banks season 3 is now available on Netflix, perhaps answering all of our burning questions. The latest season continues the tradition of putting the Pogues in perilous situations as they hunt for priceless loot and avoid their vengeful enemies.
Several life-or-death events befall the Pogues in season 2 and that trend continues in season 3. John B., Sarah, J.J., Kie, and Pope make the difficult decision to leave the island they had hoped to one day call home. Despite the group’s best efforts, the peace and quiet of the Outer Banks are short-lived.

Does JJ Die in Outer Banks Season 3?
When season 3 is halfway over, the Pogues return to the Outer Banks to resume their regular lives. After they learn that the Cross of Santo Domingo will pass across a railway near the Outer Banks, however, they are back to their usual daredevil ways. Topper teams up with the rest of the Pogues (except John B.) to recover the priceless artifact and initially, their strategy is successful… until the police arrive and start following them in automobiles.

After Topper and the rest of the gang leave in Topper’s vehicle, JJ races out in front of the police on his dirt bike to create a diversion and make a clean getaway. Later, as JJ’s bike went flying off the bridge, his mourning supporters were convinced he had perished. It worked out for the JJ Hive that he jumped off the bike just before it crashed, as that was part of his strategy to evade capture.
JJ remains healthy for the remainder of the season, suggesting that he will return for Season 4.
