This series streaming on Bravo with a long-term cast including Lee Rosbach, Sandra “Sandy” Yawn, Rachel Hargrove, Fraser Olender, Alissa Humber, Hayley De Sola Pinto, Camille Lamb, Stew, Ross McHarg, and Katie Glaser.
The episode begins with Captain Sandy recalling Alissa and sending her to the bridge. Here she explained to her why the comment disturbed her. Sandy fired Alissa Humber because of her behavior. As she called the captain by her name and not following her orders. Even abuses her during playing with her deck.
“Alissa, when you said ‘Yes Sandy, I mean Captain,’ that was the f–k you in my face,” Captain Sandy said. “No matter what job you work in, respect for the hierarchy is a must.”

Again he won her fate on a boat and she replied, “I’m letting you go.” At this Alissa replied,
“Thank you.” Ross McHarg called a temporary replacement for Captain Lee Rosbach. Here she talked that it is very funny to fire her.
“I mean I can’t even be upset because I really didn’t do anything,” she said to the other crew members including Fraser Olender, Tyler Walker, and Hayley De Sola Pinto the news. She responds at her firing “I do feel like I’m a scapegoat,” the former second stew sad. “I’m the only person [who] had the balls to speak up and defend our team besides Fraser, and it’s impossible to replace Fraser, so she had to get the next best thing, and that’s me.”
In the end, she said that “full heart [and] tired feet” and leave the boat. Though Sandy was not happy with her decision to fire Alissa. Captain Sandy described, “It never feels good to fire a crew member,”. “You’re ending their income and, as a captain, I have to make the hard decisions, and I have to live with them.”
If you watched previous episodes, you remember that before Alissa was not the first to be fired. Before her, another crew member of St. David goes to her home because clashed with Alissa regularly. When Camille explained to Ben Willoughby, her boyfriend, why she was fired, the reason is only a comment “Good riddance.” But she has a lot to say if she returns to Below Deck. Ben informs her about Alissa’s firing news.

“I’ve been vindicated,” Camille said about Alissa’s firing. “I was always seeing her, you know, be, for lack of a better term, awful, and she’s shown her face. I’m satisfied that people got to see what I saw. Hashtag Justice for Camille. “
But Camile and Alissa’s relationship become more strong in Below Deck season 10.
“Actually, I and Camille talk more than I thought we would,” Alissa said. “Camille’s reached out to me a few times and we kind of said our piece to each other.”
