The relationship between Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi seems to be going well. In addition to being a celebration of de Rossi’s 50th birthday, the party doubled as a renewal of the couple’s wedding vows, a fact that came as a complete shock to DeGeneres.
The adorable moment which was taken on camera and uploaded on “The Ellen DeGeneres Showofficial’s YouTube channel” showed de Rossi approaching DeGeneres in a wedding dress during a party. Brandi Carlile serenaded the couple with her guitar as Portia de Rossi led an apparently stunned Ellen DeGeneres to the front of the gathering, where Kris Jenner presided.
After watching Jenner DeGeneres reacted “Oh, my god!”. Jenner continued by saying that de Rossi wanted the visitors to witness a renewal of her devotion to Ellen to commemorate and celebrate their marriage of 14 years and she referenced the couple’s first wedding, which took place on August 16, 2008 in Beverly Hills with only 15 guests.

The star of “Arrested Development” then took the stage greeting the audience with “Surprise!” and eliciting laughter from the delighted audience. Aside from spending time with loved ones, she informed the former daytime talk show host reminding you that you are the most important thing in the world to me was her idea of a perfect birthday celebration.
In a later statement, Portia De Rossi called DeGeneres’s affection the greatest accomplishment of her life. When she was done, a still-amazed DeGeneres said to de Rossi, “You save me every day.” The good fortune fell on me.
