A Review Of The Crash Investigation

There were 33,654 fatal car accidents in the United States in 2018, resulting in 36,560 deaths, as reported by the Fatality Analysis Reporting System of the United States Department of Transportation.

Bond Legal Managing Partner Candice Bond said:

“Road conditions, visibility, and lighting are all possible contributing elements addressed and examined.”

“An accident reconstruction team is sometimes needed to help piece together what happened. All of these resources are necessary for helping clients receive monetary compensation for damages or a loss following a collision,” said Bond.

The Martin family may file a wrongful death suit pending the outcome of the investigation into Wyatt’s death. Damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress may be sought by surviving family members of those killed in wrongful death cases.

Bond Legal counsel Stefano Formica remarked:

“The stress and anguish can be tremendously overpowering after losing a loved one in an accident.”

“We understand just what families must go through, and having their rights protected is vital. A wrongful death lawyer will stay updated on the official investigation and help ensure that their legal rights and best interests are protected.”
