To explain her proximity to Kate Foley at the State of the Union, Jill Biden posted a video to her official FLOTUS Twitter account showing her calling Foley to invite her to attend. When Biden asked Foley’s mother if she and her son had ever visited Washington, DC, she said no. They were super pumped about it.
