Dr. Shaun Murphy’s (Freddie Highmore) girlfriend Lea (Paige Spara) announced her first pregnancy in Episode 11 of Season 4 of The Good Doctor. There was some turmoil at the beginning, but they ended up deciding to have the baby. In later episodes, however, Lea has saddened as a series of medical difficulties with the pregnancy lead her to have an abortion. Despite this, Lea and Shaun remained together and eventually tied the knot.
Lea and Shaun finally sealed the knot after dating for two full seasons. Shaun and Lea continue to care for each other passionately, but the tragedy of Lea’s miscarriage lingers in the background. They want another baby but are aware of the dangers associated with trying again so soon.
Even so, Lea will be given a second chance. Lea learns she is pregnant again in Season 6 Episode 9. Fans are once again wondering if Paige Spara, an actress, is actually expecting a child after this report.
Is Paige Spara Pregnant?
Actress Paige Spara who is notoriously shy has yet to reveal that she is expecting a child. She doesn’t update her Instagram very often, and when she does, it’s mostly just casual unposed images. Very little of what she’s posted on social media hints at her dating life. Even though she frequently shares images from the set and in front of the mirror, she has never been very open about her relationships or whether or not she is expecting.
Her on-screen counterpart is several months along in her pregnancy at the time of this writing, yet her most recent photo (uploaded in October 2022) does not show any signs of pregnancy. There is no reason to believe that Paige is pregnant at the moment, but ultimately, the decision to tell the world or not rests with her.
In spite of the fact that Paige is not actually pregnant in real life, Lea Dilallo-Murphy is far along in her own pregnancy on The Good Doctor. The thought of having another child fills her with a lot of trepidation, and that’s quite normal. They found out earlier in the season that her prior loss had caused permanent harm, putting her future pregnancies in jeopardy. However, they have decided to embrace every difficulty that may arise if she becomes pregnant again.

Lea’s second pregnancy is proceeding quite successfully after a number of unrelated health issues. After learning that they are carrying a son in Season 6 Episode 10, they make the conscious decision to raise their child as best they can.
